Healthcare Improvement Scotland’s ihub is seeking to recruit an Improvement Advisor to provide support for Health and Social Care services to redesign and continually improve. With an extensive range of improvement support programmes and collaborations with local, national and international networks, we aspire to be at the leading edge of both thinking and practice in quality improvement.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and positive individual to join the Acute Care Portfolio. The Acute Care Improvement Advisor will lead scoping, design and delivery of the Scottish Patient Safety Programme (SPSP) Acute Adult and cross cutting work within the ihub on Frailty with a focus on Frailty at the Front Door.

We are looking for an experienced and credible Improvement Advisor who is able to demonstrate experience of applying a range of improvement methods within different contexts and a track record of working with a wide range of stakeholders.
