Experienced nurse for a new research project investigating a new form of telemedicine. Experience in management of Plastic Surgery patients is desirable. Experience in digital and health related technologies also desirable but not essential. The job will be 50% FTE and will involve approximately 2/3 days of on-site clinic related work, and some time with scheduled meetings online each week with project partners in other countries.  Tasks will include setting up, management and running of research related clinics, collection of data and follow up of patients if required. Help in submission of research related documents may also be needed. The candidate would be expected to set up and run these clinics independently, but with support from the Principle Investigator's team, eHealth Project manager, and Line manager within Plastic Surgery.  You should have  the   ability to demonstrate competencies in relation to experience with evidence of highly developed clinical and technical skills, experience of working in both academic and commercial research demonstrating the post holders ability to lead a clinical research or comparable project e.g. audit or clinical effectiveness, including the management of staff and resources and Evidence of continuing personal and professional development, educated to degree level (or working towards).  You should have knowledge of current research regulations and governance requirement and  experience of working effectively in a multi-disciplinary team with key responsibilities within the team. You should be a registered adult nurse with current NMC registration.  This is a fixed post for 12 months and the hours will be worked  3 days per week between Monday and Friday.
