Job Advert

These posts will provide administrative support to the Youth Health Service.  The hours will be flexible but also needs to meet needs of the service. One post will include one shift 1.30-9.30pm on a Tuesday evening. The other post will require one evening shift tbc finishing at 9.30pm.  The service provides holistic support to young people. A key role of the post holder is managing referrals to the service, administering appointment systems, managing waiting lists and enquiries to the service, liaising with the clinical team and collating performance management data.  Experience in the following would be desirable : Microsoft Office, CHI, PIMS, SCI Store, SCI Gateway, Clinical Portal, Care First, SSTS, EESS, FM First etc.  Experience of working with young people is an advantage. The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work & communicate effectively with stakeholders / young people / families are key skills for this post. The core team are based in Gartnavel Royal Hospital, however the service is delivered in a variety of venues across the city. The service is expanding and it is expected that there will be 9 venues by 2022. Informal enquiries welcome on 0141 451 2727.

This is a fixed term post until January 2022 for post 1 and March 2022 for post 2.
