Fixed Term / Secondment opportunity for 12 months
An exciting opportunity has arisen to provide Administration Support within the National Contact Tracing Centre, supporting Scotland’s continuing recovery and renewal from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Currently homeworking, you will be part of a team providing vital support for contact tracing and other related services through a period of implementation and delivery building Scotland’s capability to contact, trace and vaccinate as part of the response to COVID. The National Contact Tracing Centre is a vital part of Scotland’s fight against the pandemic and is essential to ensure the future health and economic stability of the nation.
You should be educated to HNC/HND level or have equivalent, relevant experience and have the ability to establish and maintain good relationships with patients and public. You will be able to demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills and have an excellent telephone manner.
You should be able to work independently and manage your own workload while prioritising competing demands. You will have an awareness and ability to follow information governance policies / procedures and Data Protection legislation.
