The Planned Care Directorate is responsible for a wide range of clinical services including General Surgery, Urology, Vascular Surgery, Trauma and Orthopaedics, ENT, OMFS, Ophthalmology, Plastic Surgery, Endoscopy, Breast Surgery, Pain, Theatres and Anaesthetics and Pre-Assessment.
This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to be appointed to a permanent  Clinical Nurse Manager posts within the Directorate.   This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced nurse with the relevant leadership and management experience looking to take the next step in their career progression.
You will become part of a motivated and innovative directorate management team.   As part of this team, you will be responsible for developing nursing teams, embedding required change in quality and patient safety.   You will have a proven track record in leadership, a strong clinical background enabling teams to delivery high quality, safe and effective patient care.
A  flexible working ethos  in relation to service portfolio is essential.  Your line management responsibility will be confirmed on appointment and  will incorporate a combination of inpatient and ambulatory services.
