We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Registered Nurse who would relish the opportunity to work within District Nursing in Lower Annandale & Eskdale delivering quality nursing care to mainly housebound patients 24 hrs per day. You will be working closely with Social Services and our wider multidisciplinary Home Team within an ever changing environment. The Home Team is integral to our Health and Social Care Partnership.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative, creative, compassionate and collaborative nursing team.
Experience working within a district nursing role is preferred but not essential.
