Clinical Development Fellowship (CDF) in ENT
Fixed term from 4th August 2021 for 12 months

Salary Scale - £33,884 - £53,280 per annum

Applications are invited from trainee doctors having recently completed or about to finish either UK Foundation Programmes or Core Surgical Training to apply for the position of Clinical Development Fellow (CDF) in ENT
This exciting post will work clinically in the ENT Department at Forth Valley Royal Hospital. In addition, as a CDF, you will have 6 hours per week of protected development time and 2 hours of in-house training. The remaining period will be distributed between clinical work in ENT on the ward, clinics and theatre, with acute receiving both in and out hours.
The appointment will be on a fixed term and full-time basis (40 hrs) and remuneration will be determined by the pay and conditions of hospital medical and dental staff (NHS Circular: PCS (DD) 2020/02).
The ENT Department functions as a highly integrated multi-disciplinary team with all members contributing to patient care, and this appointment will play an important role in the continuing development and redesign of clinical pathways and service redesign in ENT.
