Due to a restructure of the Financial Management Team, an opportunity has arisen for a qualified/finalised (CCAB/CIMA) experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Finance Manager to join the existing team. The post holder will provide comprehensive financial performance management of the Acute and Diagnostics directorate and provide support for the Divisional Finance Manager.
The post holder will lead all financial management services across a range of services and departments with an approximate budget value of £130m, and will work alongside the service as a Finance Business Partner providing business management support to Directors, General Managers and other budget holders.
Previous staff management experience is required as the postholder will manage the day to day management of the management accounting team providing financial management support to the Acute and Diagnostics Directorate.
The post holder will be involved in the development of financial strategies and supporting service transformation and driving efficiencies, and will require excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial information to non-finance members of the organisation.
