An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Corporate Administrator to work within the NHS Golden Jubilee Corporate Services Department.

We are seeking to appoint an individual with previous experience of working in a demanding and challenging administration role together with an understanding of the NHS or a large and complex multisite organisation within the Public or Private sector. Joining an established team of Corporate Administrators, this post will support the Personal Assistant of the Centre for Sustainable Delivery.  This post’s workload will be fast paced and unpredictable and it is important that you can demonstrate through experience a sound understanding of the need for discretion and diplomacy in a confidential setting.

This role requires the ability to be flexible, have good organisational and communication skills and a have experience in minute taking.

The successfully appointed candidate will be expected to undertake all aspects of secretarial/administrative support to the Personal Assistant and have a high level of competency in using Microsoft Office. In this key role you will also have the opportunity to support Executive Directors, Associate Clinical Directors and Senior Managers across a wide portfolio of high profile and critical work programmes requiring an ability to work collaborative both internally and externally to the organisation. A proven track record of working at Senior Management/Board level in a busy organisation where competing priorities are a daily challenge is essential.

Applications are welcome from those who have a recognised qualification in Administration equivalent to HNC in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration, or SVQ in Administration at Level 3, or significant relevant equivalent experience. It is essential that the post holder can demonstrate a high degree of organisational ability, minute taking experience and excellent written and oral communication skills. The hours of this post will be worked across core office hours Monday to Friday.
