An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Complex Care nurse to join the community respiratory team. As a complex care nurse you will be required to work autonomously in the community delivering a high standard of expert care to patients with chronic disease in particular chronic lung conditions across Fife The role focuses on supporting individuals and their family to self manage their complex conditions and involves excellent assessment and communication skills. You will work in partnership across primary and secondary care, including agencies and organizations outside the NHS to support people with respiratory disease to be supported at home. The post requires someone with excellent communication skills, good time management and the ability to prioritise workload and to use initiative as well as being a good team player.
