Fixed term 12 months.

An opportunity has arisen within the Complex Needs Service to work as a Business Support Manager within a service which aims to support and meet the needs of a complex and high risk population within Glasgow city centre. This is a new role within a developmental model and service.

This post requires you to work as part of a Health & Social Care Partnership model. The post holder will have management responsibility and be accountable for the development and provision of the administrative service within the service which works across a range of agencies, ensuring implementation of NHS systems, to maintain effective support to all services & staff, management team and clinicians thereby facilitating the delivery of effective patient care.

You should be educated to Degree level or hold equivalent practical experience in business administration which demonstrates ability to work at this level. Significant experience of managing staff is essential and experience working with homelessness and/or vulnerable patient groups is desirable.

We are seeking excellent leadership, teaching and negotiating skills with the ability to organise, motivate and develop staff.

Monday to Friday 9.00a, to 5.00pm
