This is a fabulous opportunity to join the team as a Senior Nurse for primary care, this post will work alongside all aspects of primary and community nursing supporting the continued development of advanced practice across primary care and community care. The post holder will offer professional assurance and leadership guidance for the team of ANPs working in primary care and support the development of advanced practice skills across community nursing.
