Clinical Fellow (FHO1 level) in General Surgery/General Medicine
University Hospital Hairmyres
This is an exciting opportunity within the department of General Surgery & Medicine at University Hospital Hairmyres. The post will be for 4 months in General Surgery followed by 4 months in General Medicine until August 2020.
NHS Lanarkshire is constantly reviewing its rotas to maintain New Deal compliance together with the new arrangements as set down by the Scottish Government and Scottish Medical Training (SMT). Rotas therefore, may be subject to change.
NHS Lanarkshire has excellent post-graduate libraries and IT facilities. Active post-graduate educational programmes are in place, including dedicated protected teaching sessions for junior doctors.
This post is open primarily to applicants who do not require a Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship to take up employment in the UK. Any applications from applicants who do require Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship will be considered only if no suitable UK or EEA national is identified for the post.
