Job Advert
We are a friendly team of Pharmacy staff looking for someone with good communication and organisational skills to provide admin and clerical support in our service. You will be the first point of contact for other healthcare professionals and members of the public with medicines information enquiries, which you will then direct to an appropriate team member. Other duties include organising meetings, managing diaries and preparing payroll and workforce information. The following qualifications, experience and skills are required:
- ECDL or equivalent proficient in all Microsoft packages.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good planning and organisation skills.
- Ability to work with little supervision i.e using initiative.
- Ability to work as part of a team
Previous NHS experience is desirable, but not essential as induction and training will be provided
The hours of this post are worked Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
