Who We Are
NHS Education for Scotland (NES) is the national health board with statutory responsibilities to effect sustainable change through workforce development, education and training across the health and social care system in Scotland, while working at UK level with partner organisations.
What you'll do
These will include but will not be restricted to:
- Support the Help Desk and triage requests
- Assist the TEL Support Team to deliver the full range of activities required to deliver online training, working closely with existing admin staff in the Directorates
- Provide practical support to sessions particularly those hosted by external or sessional staff including video transcription.
- Arrange meetings and manage diaries to ensure support is available when required
- To collate the results from the evaluation tool and to assist with implementation of NES TEL evaluation standards and procedures
What you’ll bring
- You will be confident to use Microsoft Teams and have experience supporting webinars and online training sessions
- You need good communication skills to work with people
- Good organisational skills
- Experience of video editing is desirable
