This is an exciting opportunity to join the primary care team in East Lothian supporting the innovation and transformation of services to provide excellence in care.
The post holder will provide strong leadership and develop Community Treatment and Care Services (CTACS) for the county. This will involve working across professional and organisational boundaries; in partnership and in collaboration with others including, Medical Staff, General Practitioners and staff working in GP practices, Allied Health Professionals, Health and Social Care Partnership, individuals, carers, Voluntary, Independent and Third Sector Organisations.
The post holder will:
Provide professional leadership to the CTACS team, demonstrating expert practice and knowledge of primary care.
Work closely with team members to provide strategic vision for the development and improvement of CTACS services in East Lothian.
