An exciting opportunity has arisen for to join the rehabilitation and enablement team as a mental health nurse. You will be part of an expanded respiratory resource working in collaboration with wider community and acute services to proactively support patients with non-malignant chronic respiratory disease. This is a fixed term development opportunity for a forward thinking mental health nurse who is keen to develop interventions and support patients who have psychological symptoms related to effects of severe respiratory disease. This post would be suitable for secondment with agreement from your substantive manager.
