An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join the Community Nursing service in the area.
You should have a genuine interest and a flexible approach to working within the community. You will deliver a high standard of safe and effective patient care within patient's homes and must have the ability to work autonomously be dynamic and have excellent communication skills. You should be a team player with a range of clinical knowledge and skills and evidence of continuous professional development. You will be innovative and forward thinking, and be willing to embrace the challenges of a developing community nursing service.
This community staff nurse post is permanent for 37.5 hours per week.
You will be expected to work at times across more than one base and to work weekends as part of a . The shift pattern for this post is 5 days over 7. Applicant’s should have a registered nurse qualification with significant experience and preferably have community nursing experience however not essential. A current Driving Licence is essential for the role.
