This post provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the work carried out within the Clinical Governance Department to provide support to our Feedback & legal Coordinator on feedback, complaints and claims management providing assistance and advice to staff, patients and visitors as required.
The post holder has responsibility for contributing to supporting the Feedback & Legal Co-ordinator on the design of systems and processes, complying with prevailing national requirements to support claims & feedback management. Including contact with the procurator fiscal, and supporting any Fatal Accident Inquiries (FAI).
In supporting the wider Clinical Governance agenda, the post holder will also be involved in supporting service clinical governance forums.
The role will also have linkage to our incident management handling system, with responsibility (where assigned) to perform quality control checks and liaise with the Risk co-ordinator on incident management.
