South Health and Social Care Partnership - Shift Pattern Variable
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a new Advanced Nurse Practitioner -Team Leader role and be responsible for the management of ANPs and trainee ANPs to achieve the operational delivery of the ANP Service across NHS Lanarkshire. You will undertake operational management for the team and work collaboratively with the Senior Nurse, senior ANPs and locality service managers. You will also require to work and in collaboration with other partner agencies, i.e. primary care, local authorities, Scottish Ambulance Service, independent providers and other external agencies as required.
You will lead and support the provision of operational managerial input as required into programme structures i.e. Primary care improvement programme and provide clinical leadership and support staff members to achieve to competence and confidence to deliver a safe and person centered ANP urgent care service, ensuring performance, service quality, recruitment, appraisal, and staff governance. You will also operationally support the senior nurse and service managers in leading the delivery and roll out of the ANP service across NHS Lanarkshire’.
