We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Senior Charge nurse/ODP to Lead our expanding Endoscopy Team at the Golden Jubilee National Hospital.
We currently have 2 Endoscopy rooms and 15 theatres, increasing to 5 Endoscopy rooms and 20 Theatres.
The successful post holder should demonstrate a commitment to safe, effective patient-centred care, through auditing and service improvement. A commitment to; quality, evidence-based care is essential, whilst fostering a ‘can-do’ attitude within your team. The post holder should demonstrate excellent people management skills and have previous line management experience.
You will be integral in the delivery of the strategic vision and plan for the hospital, particularly in relation to the expansion of the Endoscopy suite and Theatre department. As we continue with this major expansion of our services, this is your chance to be the Leader of a progressive, dynamic and person centred team, within a world renowned healthcare organisation.
To support elective and urgent surgery the Golden Jubilee is managed as a Covid light centre.
