As part of Glasgow City Health & Care Partnership, the Single Point of Access (SPoA) provides a referral and call management service to district nursing services across . Call handlers are required to work in an extremely busy environment responding to calls from a variety of individuals including GP’s, acute services, clinical staff, referrers, patients, carers, family members etc.The service operates between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm seven days per week and you will be required to work a range of shifts between these hours. Vacancy is for one full time staff member on a permanent basis. You should be customer care focused, possess an excellent telephone manner and be computer literate with good keyboard skills.
Previous call centre or similar experience is desirable although full training will be provided.
