NHS Forth Valley EPQI team are seeking an experienced Health Information Analyst, with an active interest in Quality Improvement and using Data for Improvement, to provide analytical support to a diverse range of improvement and innovation projects.

 

Working closely with the FV Information Services team, the EPQI team analyst role will develop and deliver regular reporting and analysis for specific projects as well as teaching and developing skills in others such as measuring for improvement, run chart and statistical process control methods.

 

This post requires a highly numerate graduate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  You will have experience in a data analysis healthcare related field, preferably with postgraduate studies in health-related information, statistical data analysis, data science and predictive analytics. An understanding of NHS Scotland, Health and Social Care Partnerships would be advantageous.

 

You will enjoy working with others and experience in the delivery of improvement or innovation methods would be desirable as well as proven project management skills. You will manage a varied and diverse workload, ensuring the provision of high quality project delivery

 

The EPQI team supports clinical and non-clinical NHS Directorates, in addition to working with Clackmannanshire and Stirling and Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnerships to deliver key organisational priorities, with a particular focus on approaches that increase both the quality and value of services.

 

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
