Stratheden and North East Fife Support Services Department require a Hotel Services Supervisor. The Senior Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Support Services (cleaning, catering, laundry/linen, portering and Local Transport) within the Adamson, Stratheden and North East Fife locality, ensuring that local services are provided in accordance with agreed standards within the identified financial targets and to ensure strict maintenance of monitoring procedures for all services. 

You must have the ability to work alone using your own initiative and also as part of a team and you must possess effective communication skills. There is a requirement to respond constructively to unpredictable situations and be focused and able to cope with work under pressure. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in large scale catering and domestic services, either in the public or private sector. You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.  
The hours will be worked 5 days over 7, working approximately every 3rd weekend.  You will be required to cover for other supervisors within the locality, due to sickness absence or annual Leave. A large degree of flexibility is required in this post to meet the needs of the service.

Please note the pay scale for this post is pro rata for part time hours.
