Job Advert
You will be responsible for the accurate collection & collation of cancer audit data, liaising with clinical and clerical colleagues in respect to cancer pathways and providing regular reports on service to support the cancer quality strategy.
Post is based at Stobhill Hospital but covers all GGC sites. Travel between sites will be required
Minimum Requirements
Essential
Educated to HNC/D level in Business Administration / Information Management /
Information Technology; or able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
ECDL in Microsoft Office professional packages; or able to demonstrate equivalent
proficiency
Able to work own initiative, and know when to seek advice
Experience of working as part of a team
Good communication skills, including oral, written and interpersonal
Knowledge and skills in data processing and analysis
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Experience of the Health Service in Scotland
Knowledge/ understanding and the ability to apply basic statistical techniques
Experience of designing and maintaining databases and spreadsheets
- Knowledge of cancer pathways
