We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Health Visitors to join the Renfrewshire Children and Families Team. There are two posts available which provide an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives and to work in a dynamic environment. As caseload holders you will manage provision of a high quality, safe, and effective health visiting service in the community, working in collaboration with partner agencies. You will function as an independent, autonomous practitioners and should have in-depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency and experience in health visiting, child protection and the GIRFEC Framework. You will be responsible and accountable for the ongoing management of your caseload to ensure the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the Universal Health Visiting Pathway and additional programmes of care. Renfrewshire HSCP provides team members with ongoing opportunities for continued learning and development. Applicants should be an NMC Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse/Health Visitor.1 post will be worked over 5 days Monday to Friday and hours can be negotiated for the 22.5hr post It is essential that you have a current driving licence. The posts are fixed term for 18 months
