We require a Band 6 Specialist Physiotherapist to work in our Occupational Therapy Department based at West Glasgow ACH. ( As you may be aware, West Glasgow ACH is due to close within the next 12 months. With this in mind, please note that positions based within the West Glasgow ACH will change location and move to other Sites within NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde.. These changes mean your base will change after joining us and you will be informed as soon as possible prior to any change of base.) You will work as s an autonomous practitioner have the freedom and authority to initiate and implement a seamless episode of care to members of staff who self-refer through NHSG Greater Glasgow & Clydes Occupational Health Physiotherapy Service suffering from musculoskeletal problems. You will be required to assist in the facilitation of early and safe return to work of staff on sickness absence through worksite assessment and phased return to work programmes. It is essential you have a Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy with current HCPC registration and have specialist knowledge gained through significant post qualification experience and have relevant experience working in Out Patients. The shift pattern is worked between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
