You will provide a confidential, efficient and effective secretarial, administrative and clerical service to staff within the Public Health Protection Unit, making use of all Microsoft Office packages. You will provide general office duties including diary management, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, preparation of PowerPoint presentations, travel arrangements, and study leave. You will also be responsible for arranging meetings, including video conferencing, booking venues and hospitality. It is essential you have a relevant Higher National Certificate or equivalent with a high level of skills using Microsoft Office software packages, e.g. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint. The hours of this post are worked Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
