This post is central to the Gender Identity Clinic; a small team of secretary’s that help to run the service. The team work closely together and the role itself involves processing referrals in to the service, typing clinical dictations, managing virtual diaries, managing incoming patient enquiries via mail, email and phone, and generally supporting the medical staff. You should have good keyboard skills, good communications skills, Experience of data input , Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in word and previous NHS Experience. This post is fixed term for 12 months. The hours of this post will be worked Monday to Friday.
