An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced registered nurse to join and lead the nursing team within Ward 5 Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy.
Ward 5 is a 10 bedded Ear Nose and Throat ward as well as having a designated area for Surgical Short Stay elective surgical patients which also compiles of 10 Elective Surgical Beds.
You must be able to demonstrate an ability and passion to deliver high standards of safe, effective and person centred care, which focuses on enhancing the patient’s experience and you must be able to work efficiently and effective within a multidisciplinary team.
You are required to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire motivate and lead a nursing team with passion. You will be accountable for delivering on service provision, redesign and improvement to provide safe, effective, person centred care.
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be proactive and be able to demonstrate an ability to implement and manage change through effective leadership and evidence the ability to manage and develop the performance of a team.
If you are enthusiastic about patient centred care and have an interest in pre and post-operative management, possess excellent communication skills and are passionate about motivating and inspiring others, you may well be the perfect candidate to assist in leading our team.
