*Secondment Opportunity – Existing permanent employees must first discuss this opportunity with their substantive line manager and complete the secondment request form prior to interview. The secondment request form and the associated secondment policy can be found on the HR/Recruitment intranet pages and must be completed and signed by the substantive line manager. The Candidate should then take it with them to interview as confirmation that an agreement has been granted.
A Vacancy have arisen for Healthcare support workers within the community nursing service in Clacks and Stirling HSCP. This post is a band 2 working 37.5 hours per week ( Monday – Sunday ) with 2 shift patterns of 8.30- 4.30pm or 1pm – 9pm .
It is essential that you have good communication skills, are flexible and adaptable and can work well within in a team while using your own initiative.
It is also essential that you have skills in carrying out nursing care. You will be based with a district nursing team and will carry out delegated work on a daily basis that will include phlebotomy and other delegated nursing care. It is essential that you have previous nursing experience and the desirable skills will include eye care, catheter care, end of life care and wound care. Training will however be provided.

Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
