Glasgow City HSCP is growing its capacity to deliver on the transfer of some care and treatments away from general practice to more appropriate services. This Includes the Vaccination Programme, Community Cate & Treatment and Pharmacotherapy.   An exciting opportunities have arisen to join our primary care team and wider Business support service of GCHSCP. We require a senior Business Support manager to contribute to the development and lead on the Business support function for the growing number of services within Primary Care.  You will be motivated to provide leadership and take responsibility for designated projects and tasks including co-ordination of business support to number of service areas through assigned PCIP programme and services and for the supervision of and delegation of work to junior staff. You will be responsible for team recruitment, monitoring service delivery and providing reports to key stakeholders, including Health and Social Care Partnership leads.  You will have excellent organisational and communication skills to enable you to effectively liaise closely with multidisciplinary teams and be able to work with wide variety of stakeholders. Strong leadership and managerial attributes will ensure you are able to support the team and project leads to work in a very responsive and flexible way to deliver services in what will be a period of ongoing change for primary care.
