The Clinical & Contract Administration department has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Clinical & Contract Administration, the post holder will be responsible for providing a high level of comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth day to day running of the department.
Applicants must have experience in providing an administration/reception service and be prepared to cover different areas within the team, often at very short notice.
The successful applicants will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to manage time to enable them to balance the demands of working in a busy environment supporting several functions. Recognising and understanding the importance of confidentiality and attention to detail is essential.
You will need to be able to work in a calm, logical and methodical way and be able to work under pressure and multi-task without being distracted. You will need to be hard working and a good team worker with effective communication and organisational skills.
Hours of work are currently 0900 – 1700.
