This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist to work in rheumatology. This is a well established post within rheumatology with pharmacist-led rheumatology out-patient clinics to promote and deliver the best clinical practice in line with local and national guidelines. This includes as an independent prescribing pharmacist being responsible for decisions about the clinical management of these patients.
Candidates should have a Master of Pharmacy Degree or equivalent, be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and must be an independent prescriber. You will have demonstrable clinical pharmacy experience and a clinical pharmacy diploma / MSc.
