A highly experienced HCPC registered Podiatrist with a proven track record in leadership/management and quality improvement is required to lead the Podiatry and Orthotics service Forth Valley.


The successful candidate will be a key member of the AHP Out Patient Care Group Management Team and contribute to the on-going transformation of services.


The post holder will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the Podiatry and Orthotics service in line with strategic policy (both local and national), care group objectives and evidence based practice.


Partnership working with staff, patients and other services/external agencies is essential to ensure safe, effective patient centred and affordable services in line with strategic policy.  The post holder will be able to demonstrate that they possess excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills along with experience of multi-agency/disciplinary working.


It should be noted that the post requires travel across Forth Valley and the post holder may need to make visits to places not on a direct public transport routes.
