NHS Highland has a vacancy for a Support Engineer to join the Support team within the eHealth department. The Support team are responsible for providing second line support to users of NHS Highland's IT equipment and systems.
Candidates should have a minimum of three years working within an IT support environment, and must have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Systems including Windows 10, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
The post-holder will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and good analytical skills. They should have the ability to diagnosis issues across a broad IT spectrum, learn about new developments quickly and maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude to customer care.
They should also hold a full UK driving licence.
