The Primary Care Liaison Worker post is an essential part of the Doing Well Team. You will be responsible for the assessment and management of a caseload of patients referred from primary care, using evidence based/client centred principles and will be closely involved in the development of the service with regard to pathways of clinical. care in the provision of specialist services for the treatment of depression & anxiety and provide specialist advice to other health care professionals. You will be a Registered Mental Nurse with NMC registration or Occupational Therapist with current HCPC registration with the revalant experience in Mental Health You must have a working knowledge of psychological therapies is essential: You must have a qualification in the 5 Areas/SPIRIT training or tlie UWS 5 Areas course. Further post registration qualifications· relevant to this speciality are desirable. The hours of this post are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
