You will provide an accessible, appropriate, high quality, culturally sensitive and effective nursing service to all age groups in the community, by working in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies. You will function as an independent autonomous practitioner by virtue of in-depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency and experience to lead and enable the district nursing team to provide a quality nursing service. It is essential you are Registered Adult Nurse with current NMC registration and have the ability to work as part of a team. A current Driving Licence is required for this post. The shift pattern is 5/7 including weekends and public holidays.
