NHS Golden Jubilee is a Special Health Board that has traditionally supported NHS Scotland to deliver Heart and Lung services, both locally and nationally, and to provide high volume elective surgery. As with all Health Boards, NHS Golden Jubilee adapted the care that was supported during the Surge phase of COVID-19. We are now focusing on the Recovery Phase and our Orthopaedic Expansion of a further 5 purpose built theatres.
As a Green (COVID light) hospital site, NHS Golden Jubilee has accelerated its expansion plans and we are now currently looking for enthusiastic newly qualified practitioners and experience scrub practitioners to join our team, with full and part-time hours available. You will be part of the pioneering Orthopaedic robotic programmes currently provided within NHS Golden Jubilee, consisting of the Rosa and Mako robots. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided. You will play an integral part in the Orthopaedic Theatre Team whilst we plan for Phase 2 of the expansion programme.
Perioperative nursing within NHS Golden Jubilee is proud to acknowledge the strong person centred reputation that it has established, we are central to and a major part of all that is delivered by the teams here.
These roles require flexible working over 6 days and covering on call rotas overnight and at weekends.
