We are looking for a Registered Adult Nurse to join the Older Peoples Service Team. You will be required to work as part of the multidisciplinary team providing a high standard of care for older adults. You will be responsible for a group of patients with complex needs and be involved in all aspects of their day to day care include discharge planning. It is essential you are a Registered Adult Nurse with current NMC registration. The shift pattern is rotational.
