Admin Support Assistant - Medical Staffing Team
Band 3 - £21,907 to £23,603 pro rata
Plus £1,117 Distant Island Allowance pro rata
25 Hours per Week

NHS Western Isles is looking to employ an Administration Assistant to provide support to the Medical Staffing Department based in Western Isles Hospital to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Medical Staffing Office, in collaboration with other Team members. Responsibilities will include data entry, invoicing, working with a range of individuals to ensure safe medical staffing rotas throughout the Western Isles; supporting the Medical Education Coordinator’s pastoral role with our Junior Doctors in Training and in working with the Deaneries staffing teams.
The post holder must have previous experience of working in an office environment and have excellent IT Skills, good communication and organisational skills and experience of administration systems and must be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise workload ,work on their own initiative, but also as part of the medical staffing team.
