To assist members of the multidisciplinary team in the delivery of safe, effective and patient centred care and to participate in the maintenance of health and safety. Under the supervision of a registered nurse provide a high quality, safe and supportive environment in order to care for patients in an acute spinal injury setting. Meeting the identified physical and emotional needs of the patient . You should have SVQ11 in healthcare or working towards or equivalent experience working in a caring environment/role , ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team. You should have good communications skills, ability to carry out assigned tasks effectively in a busy environment. and able to fulfil the requirement of the job description including undertaking HCSW competency Portfolio . The hours of this post will be on a rotational shift pattern.
