Please note: As this post is part-time the salary will be pro-rata.
The practice list is currently 7800 patients, covering Wester Hailes and adjoining areas of Edinburgh, delivering 15000 GP appointments and 13000 nursing appointments every year. Attached staff (Health Visitors and Community Nurses) hold surgeries in the practice.
The practice provides routine pre-bookable appointments and urgent appointments through duty doctor triage. Child health surveillance, drug misuse and family planning clinics are also offered. An attached community Midwife provides ante-natal care.
