NHS Lothian currently has an opportunity for as Associate Nurse Director – Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
This exciting and challenging post will require strong and focused professional nursing leadership and be accountable for the development, delivery, and implementation of professional nursing standards, ensuring best practice and highest standards of clinical performance are delivered across the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
You will be part of the Site Management Team and in addition to providing nursing advice and guidance, you will have the senior professional lead for nursing within the site, ensuring standards of clinical practice, patient centred care and workforce development are in place to maximise the impact of nursing on service change and quality improvement, in the spirit of NHS Lothian Values.
This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
