Applications are invited for an individual who wishes to join our multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Team based within the South Perthshire Locality at the Kings Centre, Crieff.
As the successful applicant, you will have experience of working with people with a wide range of mental health problems and have current knowledge of best practice in Mental Health Nursing. The post holder will work in partnership to provide psychosocial and psychological interventions, facilitating, enabling and supporting people within their communities. This will support the team to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, person-centred care for people with severe and/ or enduring mental health problems.
There will be a requirement to provide a supervisory role to junior members of staff within the nursing team, and to fulfil the CMHS Duty Worker role. Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team you will demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills as a core component of your role.

You must be registered on Sub-Part 1:RN3 or RNMH of the NMC Register
