An opportunity has arisen for individuals to join the multidisciplinary team within the Angus OPD setting.
You will play an important part in the patient’s journey, working within the OPD, supporting the clinical teams to deliver OPD clinics, including near patient testing e.g. Phlebotomy
The role will include chaperoning, near patient testing and minor wound care to support the registered nurse to deliver safe, effective and person centred care.
Previous healthcare experience is essential for this post. In addition good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team are highly desired qualities for this post.
Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers
