An exciting opportunity has arisen for a nurse to join our enthusiastic multi-disciplinary team at Brechin Health Centre. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Practice Nursing, the developing roles and demands on primary care. Previous PN experience would be advantageous however not essential. You will play a key role in the practice and will participate in the delivery of high quality care and lifestyle education to our patients.  You will work collaboratively with the MDT to delivering evidence based and person centred care to the practice population.

  • Alternative ways of working i.e. remote consultations, ECONSULT, Medlink
  • An excellent MDT team including a committed pharmacy team,  physio, podiatry, social prescribing , Hillcrest futures and in house DNs and HVs


You will be an experienced nurse with the personal drive, clinical knowledge and commitment to undertake this challenging and rewarding role.  You will possess highly developed communication skills and have experience of working effectively with a variety of patient groups. Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate proven organisational and practical skills is essential.

It is essential that the post holder is a Registered General Nurse with evidence of continued Professional Development.
