An exciting opportunity has arisen on the Bellsdyke Hospital Site, Larbert for an enthusiastic registered mental health nurse who is keen to enhance/develop their clinical skills in a Staff Nurse position.
This is a rotational post and the successful candidate will initially be based within Trystpark which is the male Low Secure Inpatient Service. The post holder will contribute to providing nursing care and treatment for individuals who have a mental illness and who have demonstrated serious offending behaviour or present a significant risk to themselves or others. The post holder will, as part of a multidisciplinary team, provide care through a progressive patient focused approach, within a safe and secure environment and underpinned by risk assessment and management that will maximise the individual’s rehabilitation potential. 
As a pivotal member of the team you should possess good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), and be able to lead and motivate others within the team when required to do so.
