To ensure, as a key non clinical member of the ward team that the optimum service is delivered to patients and their families
To perform administrative tasks as requested and delegated by the senior charge nurse or deputy
To report to the senior charge nurse or deputy, matters relating to the fabric of the ward
To use telephone and IT communication systems to support the smooth running of the ward
This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
