  1. JOB PURPOSE:


To provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Where appropriate, supervise clerical staff and provide support to line manage.


The successful candidate will have SVQ III in office administration or equivalent office experience with minimum of 2 years work experience in an Administrative and Clerical role and

educated to Higher Grade level.


To be considered for this post you will have the ability to supervise staff, well developed interpersonal skills in customer care, excellent communication skills,

good organisational and planning skills.Understanding of a range of procedures and processes the ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure,

proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.
